Postpartum limits/restrictions: Labor support is powerful. And it’s evidence-based. Research shows that continuous support during childbirth can improve outcomes and help women feel calmer, more confident, and more supported throughout labor. My name is Jenny, and I’m a certified birth and postpartum doula serving families throughout the Denver area. I believe every woman deserves steady, respectful support during one of the most transformative experiences of her life. My role is to provide calm, grounded support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period, helping you feel informed, supported, and less alone through every stage of the journey. After the births of my five daughters, I saw firsthand how deeply continuous support can shape a birth experience. It would truly be an honor to support you as you welcome your baby.

Pregnancy and birth can feel exciting, overwhelming, empowering, and vulnerable…sometimes all at once. You deserve support that helps you feel calmer, more informed, and less alone through every stage of the journey. My birth doula support includes prenatal preparation, continuous labor support with no cap on labor hours, postpartum follow-up, and ongoing communication throughout pregnancy so you always have someone in your corner when questions or uncertainty come up. Whether you’re planning a home birth, hospital birth, epidural, or unmedicated birth, my role is to provide calm, evidence-based support that helps you feel grounded, supported, and cared for throughout the experience. Clients also have access to my lending library and may choose to have informal photos taken during labor and birth to preserve meaningful moments from the day their baby arrives. Payment plans are available, and we’ll go over everything during your free consultation.
