Postpartum limits/restrictions: Labor support is powerful. It’s evidence-based care. Research shows that continuous support during childbirth improves outcomes and helps mothers feel calmer and more confident during labor. My name is Jenny, and I’m a birth and postpartum doula serving families in the Denver area. I believe every woman deserves calm, steady support during one of the most powerful experiences of her life. Through The CALM Method™ birth support approach: Continuous support, Affirming communication, Loving presence, and Mindful guidance, I offer steady presence, encouragement, and hands-on comfort throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. After the births of my five daughters, I learned how incredibly important it is to be educated of your choices, and how powerful continuous support is. It would be an honor to support you as you welcome your baby.

Fee Details

My birth support is offered as a comprehensive package that includes prenatal visits, continuous labor support with no cap on labor hours, and postpartum follow-up. Clients also have unlimited communication for questions and support throughout pregnancy, access to my lending-library, and photos taken during labor and birth if desired. Fees can be made in installments. We’ll go over all the details when we meet for your consultation. It would be an honor to support you during such a meaningful moment in your life.
