Stephney was truly a gift to our family during the newborn stage. She has an amazing ability to read both babies and parents, offering support that feels both professional and deeply compassionate. Knowing our baby was in Stephney care allowed us to rest and recover, and we learned so much from her along the way. She has a natural calling for this work, and she will be an incredible doula for any family fortunate enough to have her.

We had a wonderful experience with Stephney. She was incredibly organized, professional, and clearly very experienced. From the moment she arrived each night, she created a calm and structured environment that allowed us to truly rest and recover.

Her on-the-job experience was evident in how confidently she handled our baby and in the helpful guidance she offered us parents. She anticipated needs, kept everything tidy and prepared for the night, and communicated clearly about how the night went.

Most importantly, we felt completely comfortable knowing our baby was in such capable hands. Her professionalism, reliability, and expertise made a huge difference for our family during those early weeks. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dependable doula.

Steph is the most capable, wonderful, understanding, and and lovely person to select as your nanny. My twin girls were born premature ar 28 weeks. They came home on their original due date and were still well under 6lbs. I hired Steph as she came highly recommended by one of our nicu nurses. Hiring Steph was the best thing we did not only to help care for my twin babies but she helped allow me to recover and get the rest I needed. I fully trusted her and that meant everything.

Steph is the most kind hearted, loving and supportive care you will find post partum. She helped me through a difficult newborn time with my second who had a milk allergy and trouble sleeping. Steph was the calm energy in the room, always went above and beyond her duties caring for my baby over the nights, and continuously checked in on my mental health. You're in the most raw state in this delicate time and Steph knew just how to support me and my baby. Highly recommend her to you and your family.

I cannot express how satisfied we were with Stephney’s services. She is extremely good at what she does, and we had nothing but a wonderful experience with her. Stephney is highly professional, and it’s clear that she truly cares—not only about the baby but also about the entire family she works with.

It is very rare these days to find someone who loves their job as much as she does, and it truly shows in the care and dedication she brings to her work. My son is 10 months old now and she still takes the time to reach out and see how we are doing.

Steph was truly an angel for our family during one of the hardest seasons of our lives. Our second baby, Georgie, had severe colic, multiple allergies, and all the challenges that come with those early months. We were exhausted and overwhelmed, and I honestly don’t know how we would have gotten through the first four months without her.

Steph is warm, loving, gentle, and unbelievably patient. She handled every long night and every difficult moment with calm confidence and compassion. She not only cared for our baby beautifully, but she also supported us as parents when we needed it most.

We could not recommend her more highly. Any family would be beyond lucky to have her.

Stephney was an incredible night nurse, and if I’m lucky enough to have another child, I will reach out to her as soon as I confirm I’m pregnant. She was always punctual, helped sleep train my baby, and consistently checked in on how I was doing—not just as a mother, but as a person. She went above and beyond, even checking on the baby during her days off.

Stephney is not only exceptional at what she does, but she is also a genuinely wonderful person. I felt truly fortunate to work with her. She even remembered my older son’s birthday and brought him a gift, which meant so much to our family. I highly, highly recommend her.

I cannot recommend Steph highly enough. She is truly an angel and an absolute rockstar in the weeks following a baby’s safe arrival.

Steph has an innate, almost magical ability to soothe babies — even the fussiest ones. Watching her work is incredible. She reads their cues effortlessly, anticipates their needs, and brings a calm confidence that immediately settles not just the baby, but the entire household.

As a new mom — and now almost a mom of three — I have relied on Steph for everything. She is an expert in feeding, whether helping establish rhythms, troubleshooting challenges, or simply providing reassurance when you need it most. She knows how to properly clean and organize bottles, set up a truly safe sleep environment, and spot the earliest signs of diaper rash before most of us would even notice — and treat it quickly and effectively.

Beyond the technical expertise, Steph understands the bigger picture. She brings best practices for life with a newborn while respecting each family’s unique rhythm and preferences. She supports the baby, the parents, and the whole household with grace.

Most of all, she leads with heart. She is steady, nurturing, knowledgeable, and completely trustworthy. I genuinely don’t know how I would have navigated those early weeks without her.
