Postpartum limits/restrictions: As a postpartum doula, I provide non medical support and education. I do not diagnose conditions, give medical advice, or replace care from licensed medical professionals. I encourage families to consult their pediatrician or healthcare provider with any medical concerns. I follow current safe sleep guidelines and prioritize infant safety at all times. I do not practice or support unsafe sleep practices and will always place babies on their backs in a safe sleep environment. My role is to support families with evidence based education, emotional support, and practical newborn care while respecting each family’s values and boundaries.

Relevant volunteer or advocacy work

I have completed my postpartum doula training through ProDoula and am actively working as a postpartum doula. My official certification and exam documentation are currently being finalized and will be added as soon as they are received. I have also completed an advanced postpartum support course through ProDoula, with documentation forthcoming. I am committed to ongoing education and to providing evidence based, compassionate postpartum care, while practicing fully within my scope and prioritizing infant safety and family well being.

Fee Details

My rates reflect my experience as a postpartum doula with over 12 years of professional childcare experience and a deep focus on hands on newborn care. I offer both daytime and overnight postpartum support, always tailored to the unique needs of each family. Daytime support is $35 per hour and may include newborn care, feeding support, soothing techniques, parent education, and light baby related household support. Overnight support is $40 per hour and is centered on caring for baby throughout the night so parents can rest, recover, and feel supported. I aim to create a calm, reassuring presence during the postpartum period and am always happy to discuss scheduling, minimums, or customized support to ensure families feel comfortable and confident.
