I can't recommend Kelly enough! I had a big goal of going unmedicated for this birth and I really wanted a doula but was a little late to the game. I was already 37 weeks pregnant by the time me and Kelly had made contact for the first time. She was absolutely amazing and squeezed me in right away knowing it could be any day that I go into labor. From our first zoom call we hit it off right away. She was so nice and thoughtful and cared about all the small details and preferences. She even made in in person meeting happen asap so we could meet and talk and get me all the resources I needed before birth. I had a planned induction at 39 weeks and she showed up right on time and we got to chat and hang out before getting induced. Through the whole process she helped me work through different decisions I had to make while in labor and helped me advocate for myself. She was such a calm presence and voice of reason during a chaotic time. She said the perfect things at the perfect time that really kept me focused. I will never forget the moment I was about to push my baby out and I had reached out for a hand to grab and Kelly grabbed it right away. It was like she always knew what I needed to be supported. She was constant through the whole labor checking in making sure I was hydrated and doing hip squeezes constantly. I am forever grateful she was at my birth and I successfully got to go unmedicated! I will always recommend her and I can't wait to have her at my next birth!
