My birth package includes 3-4 prenatal visits, attendance to your birth, and 1-2 postpartum visits. I believe birth is a profound physical, emotional, and transformational experience. No two births look the same. My role as a doula is not to direct or manage your birth, but to support YOU in navigating it with confidence, information, and care. I approach birth with the understanding that: 1. YOU are the expert on your body and your experience 2. Informed consent and choice matter 3. Birth unfolds best when people feel safe, supported, respected, and have autonomy in decision-making 4. Flexibility is a strength, not a failure. I support physiological birth and medicated birth. I support planned & unplanned cesareans, unexpected changes, and births that don’t follow a script. What matters most to me is that you feel heard, supported, and grounded throughout the process.
