Kitana Rodriguez-Cruz worked with my family as a postpartum doula, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, she demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, reliability, and genuine care. Kitana is extremely hardworking and consistently punctual, something that makes a huge difference during the demanding and often unpredictable postpartum period.

One of Kitana’s greatest strengths is her deep knowledge of newborn care. She clearly has extensive experience with babies and is very confident in her work. My baby was always calm, well cared for, and perfectly attended to under her watch. As a new mom, it gave me tremendous peace of mind to know that someone so capable and attentive was helping care for my child.

Kitana also has a broad understanding of breastfeeding and was able to provide thoughtful guidance and practical advice when questions arose. Her recommendations were always supportive and informed, which was incredibly helpful during those early weeks.

Equally important, Kitana is kind, respectful, and very easy to have in your home. She has a calm presence and excellent judgment about when to offer help or suggestions without ever being intrusive. She naturally adapts to the family’s preferences and routines while still providing valuable expertise.

Overall, Kitana made a truly meaningful difference in my postpartum experience. During a time that can feel overwhelming for new parents, her presence brought reassurance, support, and confidence to my home. I am deeply grateful for her dedication, kindness, and the exceptional care she provided to my baby. I cannot thank her enough for her time and support, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and compassionate postpartum doula.
