Sam was the perfect doula for our family!  Highly recommend!  She helped us navigate my preeclampsia diagnosis and a complete upheaval of our birth plan from 100% natural/unmedicated birth center birth to an induced delivery at the hospital.  Sam is well educated about all things birth from fertility through postpartum.  It was easy to connect with her and to feel how much she cared about me and my family.  She was great at helping me manage prenatal and postpartum anxiety – it was a huge relief to just talk to her about things that were on my mind.  She also gave us above and beyond postpartum support with things like figuring out how to use my breast pump, tidying the house, and helping care for and comfort our baby.  I am so happy we chose Sam as our doula.
