Kendra was such a light and calming presence during one of the most challenging days of my life! She not only assisted me through labor and delivery, but she guided my husband through the different stages of delivery, so he felt confident and safe in the whole process and knew how to comfort me directly. She also brought tons of knowledge regarding essential oils, comfort measures, and prayer - which I believe led me through the smoothest delivery I could've asked for! I love her dearly and would recommend her to any expecting moms!! ??

Having Kendra as our doula was one of the best decisions we made throughout our pregnancy and birth experience. From our very first conversation, she made us feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. She took the time to answer every question, educated us on Doterra essential oils that help during delivery, and (with her specialty in nutrition) she was able to give helpful nutrition advice leading up to delivery and post partum. 

During labor, her calm presence, encouragement, and expertise made all the difference. She knew exactly when to offer reassurance, when to suggest comfort measures, and when to change positions to help move my labor along. She was there for my entire 20+ hour labor (at home and at the hospital) and eagerly jumped in to relieve my husband whenever he needed a break.

The best part was her care didn't end with the birth. She was the friend that didn't just come over to hold the baby, but she genuinely continued to check in after delivery to offer postpartum nutrition advice, check on my mind & heart, and celebrate this new chapter with us, which meant so much during those early postpartum days as first time parents! She even brought homemade soup and snacks and offers postpartum nutrition consultations to help with postpartum recovery! 

We are incredibly grateful for everything she did to help make our birth experience such a positive and empowering one. We wholeheartedly recommend Kendra to any growing family. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly gifted at what she does. She's gone from doula to life-long friend!

As a first-time mom, I felt excited, overwhelmed, and honestly unsure about how I wanted to approach birth. I didn’t know exactly how much medical intervention I wanted, what decisions I would make in the moment, or how I would navigate an experience I had never been through before. Kendra was absolutely invaluable throughout the entire process.

What makes Kendra so exceptional is her ability to help families feel informed, empowered, and grounded without ever pushing an agenda. She helped us stay open to different possibilities while trusting that we could make the best decisions for our family as things unfolded.

Like many births, there were moments that felt scary and uncertain. What I remember most is how calm and steady Kendra remained through all of it. Her presence helped us stay grounded and make decisions from a place of confidence rather than fear. She has an incredible ability to walk into a room and create a sense of peace.

Kendra is one of those rare people who brings both deep professional expertise and genuine warmth to her work. She is incredibly experienced, knows exactly what she’s doing, and has truly seen it all. Whether things are going exactly according to plan or unexpected challenges arise, she brings a calm confidence that is incredibly reassuring.

I cannot recommend Kendra highly enough. She was born to do this work, and I genuinely cannot imagine having gone through this experience without her guidance and support. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her by their side during such an important moment in their lives.
