As a mom who has experienced 3 beautiful homebirths, I love to assist in homebirths. I do have relationships with many of the local midwives and honor their knowledge in this sacred space.

As the Director of Care and Support Services for the Liam Lives Foundation, my work is rooted in advocacy, education, and compassionate support for families navigating pregnancy, birth, and loss. This role strengthens my birth work by ensuring that every family I serve—whether in pregnancy, labor, postpartum, or bereavement—receives care that is trauma-informed, dignity-centered, and grounded in both ancestral wisdom and evidence-based practice. My commitment to Liam Lives reflects my broader mission: to honor families, uplift their voices, and help create safer, more supported birthing experiences across all settings. My herbalist journey is the foundation of my doula and advocacy work. Learning from the plants has taught me to listen deeply, honor the body’s wisdom, and approach every family with a blend of intuition, evidence, and ancestral care. Herbalism grounds me in practices that support the whole person—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—which naturally extends into how I show up in birth spaces. Whether I’m offering comfort measures, education, or advocacy, I draw on the same principles that guide my plant work: presence, respect, and a commitment to restoring balance. This integration allows me to serve families with care that is holistic, culturally rooted, and centered on dignity and empowerment.
