Postpartum limits/restrictions: I support parents by providing hands-on newborn care during the night, so they can rest and recover. I provide support that adapts to your baby’s unique needs and rhythms, including special needs, without performing medical procedures or treatments. I assist with sleep routines, soothing techniques, feeding support, and creating a calm night-time environment. I provide non-medical support, education, and encouragement but do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. I offer resources and referrals for lactation, therapy, or pediatric care when needed. Light tidying is provided as a courtesy when time allows.
