Hi there! I’m a Certified Lactation Counselor and currently training to be a Birth Doula under CBI. My approach is holistic but realistic — I look at the whole picture while meeting you exactly where you are. As part of my services, I support families prenatally and postpartum. This includes: Prenatal sessions to discuss your birth goals and history, cover birth education, and practice mental and physical exercises tailored to you. Birth support, including attending your birth and assisting with your first nursing session. Postpartum support at home as a Lactation Counselor to help with breastfeeding and adjustment. My professional fee is $700, but I am also happy to do pro bono work for families in need as part of my certification training. I’d love the opportunity to support you on this journey!
