I recently reach out to Alison fo support with weening my second child off breastfeeding. I had known that I was ready for a long time, but the logistics of it felt overwhelming and it was creating a level of anxiety I wasn't prepared to tackle. Alison was there with an endless amount of support, no matter if I was feeling excited or completely defeated. Her balance of listening to me and providing real, science based, practical suggestions was incredible. I always felt like I could make decisions that were right for me based on the information she had on hand and the resources she provided to me. I'm happy to report that the end of my nursing journey was a positive and really empowering experience thanks to her. 
I would recommend Alison to any mother going through early motherhood. Her extensive knowledge base about taking care of both mama and baby is incredible, and at the end of the day, having the reminder that we mothers are crushing it is pretty invaluable. Thank you, Alison, for the support and care and encouragement.

It was great having Alison as the overnight postpartum doula for our newborn. She is extremely professional and wonderful at her job. We found her to be very knowledgeable and skilled. Alison did a good job of understanding our care needs. She took really good care of our baby overnight so we could get good sleep. She left us detailed notes daily about baby's activities and other observations. She also sent us links to various resources for newborn care. Under Alison's care our baby did great. He ate well and slept well through the night. She is very good at pacifying the baby. In addition to caring for the baby Alison helped out with cleaning and organizing tasks related to the baby. We would love to hire Alison again for our childcare needs.
