I had the honor of being Marysia's first ever doula client. While she may have been new to this, it is clear she has found her calling. Her knowledge, compassion and calming presence were indispensable in the times before and during labor as well as my transition into the "fourth trimester." 

In my case, nothing went according to my carefully crafted birthplan but Marysia was ready to roll with the changes and help guide me through processes that were completely foreign to me. Her support and guidance helped me feel prepared to tackle difficult decisions as they arose. I will be forever grateful for her role in my birthing journey.

I had a high-risk pregnancy due to diabetes and my age (38), with many scares along the way. Throughout it all, she provided steady, nonjudgmental support that I didn’t find elsewhere. She listens deeply and offers practical, thoughtful guidance when challenges arise.

She is kind, calm, and confident, with an intuitive understanding of your needs, hopes, and fears. When I felt overwhelmed making decisions about my birth plan and postpartum care, she helped quiet the noise and brought clarity to each choice by helping me weigh the risks and benefits.

What I needed most was a steady, compassionate presence—and she was that for me every step of the way.
