June not only attended my birth but provided ample support via text during the weeks leading up to it. As a first-time mom, I didn’t really know what to expect during the last stretch of pregnancy, so having someone to answer my questions about any potential labor signs was super helpful and encouraging.

Whether it was a month before my due date or while I was laboring at home at 5 a.m., June promptly responded to every text I sent her, making me feel prioritized and cared for. When it came to labor and delivery, June offered support in a way that encouraged me to follow my own intuition—she never forced anything on me, but allowed me to voice what was comfortable/uncomfortable and gave suggestions from there.

Her approach helped me feel confident and in control during labor, even during some of the most intense moments. June went above and beyond even after the delivery of my daughter by grabbing lunch for my husband and me and checking on our dogs on her way home, so my parents didn’t have to go out of their way to do so before coming to the hospital.

June is an incredibly kind and compassionate person whose selflessness and passion for supporting mothers and their families shine brightly through her work as a doula. I cannot recommend her enough!

June attended my birth and walked me through so many obstacles with ease. I was diagnosed with gestational hypertension at 38 weeks and sent in for an induction that same night. It was absolutely NOT part of my original birth plan- but June stepped in and stepped up and walked me through the process so gently and calmly. I felt completely supported, heard and appreciated throughout the entire journey. Although the labor didn't go exactly as planned, June jumped quickly to help change my mindset and course of action in order to ensure I still had a beautiful delivery. I would absolutely hire June again in the future, and would even consider her a friend??
