I want to start off by saying  that Heidi and her team are absolutely phenomenal. 
When Heidi first contacted me after I had reached out, I was incredibly grateful for the advice, guidance, and energy she brought to the table. I have severe autoimmune issues and she was understanding, compassionate, and helped me through some of the toughest parts of the last weeks of pregnancy, and labor and delivery. While laboring, she honored and respected wishes that my own family didn't. She helped guide me through pushing, and has kept in contact throughout postpartum. My baby was delivered after a 10 hour active labor on 08/05. 
If I were to ever have another baby, Heidi and her team would be my go to support system and doulas ??

You can immediately tell the amount of care, knowledge, and experience Heidi brings. It can be nervewracking leaving your child in the care of others, but Heidi immediately made us feel comfortable and confident. She was great with our 4 month old and even provided care to our energetic dog. Heidi was flexible, professional, and provided us with updates throughout the evening. We would 100% use her services again!

We had an excellent experience with Heidi! She was seamless, understanding, and truly came through for us when we needed her most. We had a last-minute emergency where my wife unexpectedly couldn’t bring our son with her, and I was stuck at work and unable to leave. Despite the extremely short notice, she stepped in without hesitation, which took an incredible amount of stress off our shoulders.

Her professionalism, reliability, and willingness to help during such a stressful situation meant so much to our family. After such a positive experience, we absolutely plan on having her watch our son again. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone dependable, compassionate, and trustworthy.

Heidi is very kind and passionation about birth and baby care! She has good communication and was very informative. She is very knowlegde and was very calm. She encouraged me, telling me I was doing a good job. She is great! She also speaks Spanish and that was helpful for me.

¡Heidi es muy amable y le apasionan el parto y el cuidado del bebé! Se comunica muy bien y me brindó mucha información útil. Tiene amplios conocimientos y mantuvo una actitud muy tranquila. Me animó diciéndome que lo estaba haciendo muy bien. ¡Es genial! Además, habla español, lo cual me resultó de gran ayuda.

Heidi was such a wonderful support during those early weeks. She helped with light household cleaning, which made such a difference in creating a calm, organized space and gave me real peace of mind. She was also amazing with our baby, providing gentle, attentive infant care and an extra set of hands when I needed it most. She even brought homemade baked treats that were absolutely delicious and made me feel so cared for. Her support made the postpartum transition so much easier, and I highly recommend her to any new family.
