This was my first pregnancy and birth, and I was very scared and nervous about everything. My husband and I had no idea what we were supposed to be doing, and I worried that he might faint during the process and I would be left all alone. Because of this, the idea of giving birth felt overwhelming and not very appealing to us.

As soon as I found out that Inna was a doula, I reached out to her, and I am so grateful that I did. Because of her, my entire perspective on birth changed. She helped me understand how closely our thoughts, feelings, and emotions are connected to labor. Inna beautifully reframed birth as a celebration — our son’s birthday. She taught us that contractions are not just pain, but a way for our son to enter this world and for us to finally meet him. She also shared many practical tools and techniques to help cope with the intensity of labor, which made me feel prepared and empowered.

One of the most meaningful parts of her support was the spiritual care she provided. She prayed for us throughout the process and constantly pointed us back to God as our source of strength. By the end of our meetings, I was actually excited to go into labor, something I never thought would be possible. I truly believe this mindset shift played a major role in how positive my birth experience was.

Inna supported us before, during, and after the birth, and I am incredibly thankful for everything she did. I felt truly seen by her. While others focused on technical details, paperwork, and procedures, Inna was focused on me. She also guided and encouraged my husband, helping him feel confident and involved every step of the way. Even postpartum, she continued to check in on us and offer help and advice.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Inna to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly supportive doula care. Having her support was one of the best decisions I made.

Before giving birth, my husband and I had a consultation with doula Inna. She helped me—and especially my husband—understand step by step how labor progresses and how he can support me at each stage. She also explained how I can respond if things don’t go according to plan. My labor didn’t go exactly as I had planned, but Inna’s guidance gave me a sense of calm and freedom even in those circumstances. I would definitely recommend having such a consultation even if you don’t plan to have a doula at the birth—it helps both you and your partner feel much more confident.
