I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about my doula. She supported me through both labor and postpartum, and having her by my side made such a meaningful difference in my experience.

Throughout labor, she was calm, reassuring, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. She knew when to encourage me, when to help me advocate for myself, and when I simply needed someone steady beside me. Even when things didn’t go exactly as I had imagined, she helped me feel supported, heard, and cared for every step of the way.

One of the things I appreciated most was how many helpful resources she had available for me. Whether I had questions during pregnancy, labor, or postpartum, she always seemed to have information, recommendations, and resources to help me feel more informed and supported. That was such a valuable part of my experience with her.

Her support didn’t stop after birth. During postpartum, she continued to check in, encourage me, and help me navigate such a vulnerable and life-changing season. Becoming a new mom can feel overwhelming, and having someone who genuinely cared about both me and my baby meant more than I can put into words.

She is compassionate, dependable, nurturing, resourceful, and truly gifted at what she does. I am so grateful she was part of my birth and postpartum journey, and I would recommend her wholeheartedly to any expecting mother. She is absolutely amazing, and I will always be thankful for the care and support she gave our family.

Kait is the most supportive, thoughtful, compassionate, caring, and selfless doula! I immediately connected with her from our first meeting and I knew throughout the birth planning process that I had found a wonderful support system and match. It felt as if she was an old friend and I knew I could trust her fully to advocate for me in order to help bring my child safely earth side. Not only did she help me and my husband with birthing, but she continued to provide support in postpartum and visited me after my baby’s birth. I truly couldn’t have done it without her! If you’re considering Kait as your doula, there’s no one I would recommend more highly than her!
