Postpartum limits/restrictions: I provide non-judgmental, supportive postpartum care in a safe and respectful home environment. I am comfortable with pets. For health and safety, I request a smoke-free indoor environment during shifts. Extended travel beyond my service radius may include an additional travel fee.

I am actively completing postpartum doula training and am committed to advocacy-centered, trauma-informed, and family-focused care. My professional background includes early childhood education and ongoing learning in maternal mental health and postpartum support.

Fee Details

My postpartum support is offered at an hourly rate of $25. Services include daytime (4hrs) and evening support (3hrs)such as newborn care, emotional support, light household help related to baby care, feeding support, and maternal check-ins (1hr). A minimum number of hours per visit may apply. Travel beyond my standard service radius may include an additional fee. Complimentary consultations are available to ensure a good fit.
