Where do I start… Parul has been one of the most caring, compassionate, insightful, knowledgeable, and reliable PERSON I ever met. Not just as a doula. You feel that she loves what she do and the people she do it for. she has been there to answer every single question no matter at the time of day or night. she listens, make sure you’re heard and gives comfort and straightforward knowledge, tips, and encouragement. She’ll make sure everything goes as planned in your birth plan and be your biggest cheerleader and advocate. Talking to her is like talking to an old friend! I have learned so much from her. As a first time mom, I do not believe my experience could’ve been better.

From our very first conversation, Parul brought a level of presence, intuition, and grounded energy that made us feel instantly safe. As parents, whether it’s your first time or not, you want someone who truly sees you, who listens to your fears, honors your preferences, and supports your vision for birth. Parul did all of that and so much more.

She specializes in a natural and Ayurvedic medicine approach, which means every element of care from the foods she suggests to the techniques she uses is rooted in centuries of wisdom and a deep understanding of how to align the mind, body, and soul. And honestly, that’s an understatement. What she offers isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s intentionally tailored to your family’s unique preferences, values, and needs.

Parul was our steady presence through it all, before, during, and after labor. But more than that, she was our protector. She stood between us and the more rigid aspects of the traditional healthcare system, ensuring our family, and most importantly our baby, were fully seen, heard, and safeguarded every step of the way.

Every technique she used, from grounding breathwork to hands-on pain relief and emotional support was deeply intentional and delivered with love. She created a space where we felt empowered, not just cared for.

To all the partners reading this: Parul didn’t replace me, she strengthened me. She helped me be the support my partner needed, showing me how to be present and confident in moments where I otherwise may have felt unsure.

Parul has been by my side for the birth of both of my daughters, and I truly can’t imagine going through those experiences without her. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always took the time to answer our questions with care and clarity. Beyond her medical expertise, she was my emotional rock—always checking in, offering encouragement, and making me feel seen and supported. During labor, she never left my side and even helped me push when I needed the extra strength. Her presence was grounding and powerful. During postpartum, she was absolutely essential—helping me stay on track nutritionally and making sure I was fueling my body for breastfeeding and recovery.
