Postpartum limits/restrictions: I offer daytime and overnight postpartum support tailored to each family’s needs. I am comfortable working in homes with pets and siblings and require a smoke-free environment. Overnight care requires a safe sleep setup for the baby and a calm, supportive space that prioritizes rest, recovery, and newborn well-being.

Attends hospital births? All Hospitals
I attend births at hospitals throughout Orange County and work collaboratively with medical teams while providing continuous emotional, physical, and informational support to birthing families. I support a wide range of birth preferences, including medicated and unmedicated births, and prioritize informed consent, advocacy, and calm presence in the hospital setting. I attend births at freestanding birth centers + hospital birth centers and support physiologic birth with a calm, hands-on, and evidence-based approach. Postpartum Doula Support Includes: • Emotional support and reassurance during the early postpartum period • Newborn care support (feeding, soothing, diapering, safe sleep guidance) • Breastfeeding and lactation support (positioning, latch support, pumping guidance, referrals when needed) • Bottle-feeding support (paced feeding, preparation, and cleaning) • Postpartum recovery support for the birthing parent (rest, hydration, comfort measures) • Overnight care to support parental rest and recovery • Light household support related to postpartum care (tidying, baby laundry, meal prep) • Education on newborn behavior, sleep rhythms, and infant cues • Sibling adjustment support and gentle family integration • Evidence-based guidance without judgment, centered on informed choice • Calm, respectful, and confidential care tailored to each family’s needs
