Volunteer and advocacy work focused on perinatal mental health, postpartum support, substance use recovery, and family-centered care. Experience includes peer support, community health advocacy, and participation in professional organizations related to employee assistance and maternal wellness.

Fee Details

Birth doula services are offered at a flat rate of $1,500, which includes prenatal support, on-call labor support, and immediate postpartum care. Postpartum doula services are offered at an hourly rate of $60. Rates may vary for nights, weekends, or specialized support.
