We had an amazing experience with Natalie, starting from our prenatal meetings, through the birth itself, and also at the postpartum visit.

Natalie was wonderful, kind, and incredibly attentive. Since this was our third birth, we felt that what we mostly needed was someone to be there with us and help mediate between us and the medical staff. In the end, Natalie was exactly what we were looking for, and so much more.

We discussed in advance what was important to us during the birth and what we wanted to avoid, and Natalie respected and supported our wishes perfectly. She stayed with us in the delivery room for many hours, arriving early in the morning with a big smile, calm and positive energy, and coffee ?? She knew exactly when to step in and support us, and just as importantly, when to step back and give us the space we needed.

As the labor progressed, Natalie did not leave my side for a moment. Even when we were completely exhausted, she supported me through every contraction until our little girl was born.

We truly feel lucky to have had Natalie with us and recommend her wholeheartedly!

I wholeheartedly recommend Natali Adiel as a birth doula. I started looking for a doula midway through my first pregnancy and spoke with several, but none felt quite right until I met Natali. From our very first call, I felt immediate relief. She radiates calm, confidence, warmth, and deep professionalism. She is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, yet also kind, positive, and grounding - made us feel safe and supported.

During our prenatal meetings, Natali prepared us thoroughly for birth. She answered all our questions, explained what to expect, walked us through different options, and offered practical tools and exercises. This gave us a strong sense of clarity and readiness, both physically and emotionally. Throughout the pregnancy, she was always available, responsive, and supportive. Her guidance was thoughtful and neutral, empowering us to make the choices that felt right for us.

Our birth experience would not have been the same without her. We had a long and challenging labor. Natali came to our home in the middle of the night, stayed with us through the hospital transfer, and remained by our side until after the birth. She supported us continuously with patience, care, and a steady presence, even when we were exhausted and overwhelmed. She was also an incredible support to my partner, intuitively knowing when he needed encouragement or a break.

Natali knew exactly when to step in, when to advocate, and how to communicate clearly and respectfully with the medical team, ensuring we always felt informed and supported. Even the nurses and OB/GYN commented on how professional and positive she was.

Thanks to Natali, we had an empowering and deeply positive birth experience, even with the challenges. I felt seen, heard, and cared for every step of the way. She reminded me of my strength and helped me stay grounded.

I cannot recommend Natali enough. We are forever grateful for the way she supported us.
