My expirence with Blanca as my doula was amazing,

she provides you with a lot of knowledge about pregnancy and post partum, she also provides you with programs if you're in need of assistance, she informed me about many different exercises for pre and postnatal. She's a very caring person, and you can feel that just by the energy she brings, she helps you feel calm. When my broth turned into a c section, she helped me and my husband immensely, she also offers massages which come really handy when you're breastfeeding and your back and shoulders hurt! 

she's helped with laundry, cooking light meals, and even massaged my baby to  help with constipation! 
she's and amazing doula and anyone would be lucky to have her as such!

There are a number of things Blanca has done to make my pregnancy as stress free as possible. She supported me through out my entire pregnancy as my doula, and i couldn't imagine another birth without her there! 

She gave me so much research, and guidance when the morning sickness became unbearable, making sure i drank as much water as possible. She offers light massages in the beginning stages of pregnancy, and also labor inducing massages in later stages of pregnancy too. She helped keep my labor plan as consistent as possible, she was attentive not just to me, but to the medical staff as well. She made sure to reiterate everything the medical team was explaining, and was very level headed when it was time for our daughter to arrive. (and even managed to capture a few candid photos of our precious girl being born!)

She helped me so much during the post partum recovery period, helping baby, me, and my husband, was something i admire everyday from her! She helped me with light laundry, warm soup and tea, & helped baby when their tummy was aching  

I recommend her as anyone's doula, but especially first time moms. She made my birth experience everything i wanted and needed it to be. I'm able to look back on that day with extreme joy, and she helped contribute to that immensely ??!
