Birth doula support provides care and guidance for the birthing person and their family during pregnancy, throughout labor, and in the early postpartum period. As with all of my offerings, this package can be personalized to fit your specific needs. The standard package includes: 2 prenatal visits (4 hours total) Monthly check-ins On call from 37 weeks until your birth Attendance at your birth 1 postpartum visit within two weeks (2 hours total) Continuous phone, text, and email support throughout pregnancy and up until one week postpartum.
