Type of practice: Solo practice

Clients per month: 1 to 5 births and 1 to 3 postpartum families

Postpartum limits/restrictions: I strive to create a calm, respectful, and supportive environment for postpartum care. I am comfortable working in homes with pets and families who smoke, as long as care takes place in a smoke-free space during visits. I kindly ask that pets be secured if needed so I can focus fully on supporting you and your baby.

Attends hospital births? All Hospitals
I support families birthing in hospital settings and work collaboratively with care teams while advocating for informed, respectful birth experiences.

Attends birth center births? All Birth Centers
I attend births at freestanding birth centers and provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout labor and birth.

Attends home births? Any Home Birth
I support planned home births and work in alignment with licensed midwives and home birth care teams to provide calm, grounded, continuous support.

Relevant volunteer or advocacy work

I am actively engaged in community-based birth and postpartum advocacy, with a focus on education, access to care, and family-centered support. I have supported families through insurance-based programs and community initiatives, and I am committed to expanding access to respectful, informed birth support.

Fee Details

I offer customized birth and postpartum support packages tailored to each family’s needs. Fees vary based on the type of support, level of care, and availability. I also accept insurance-covered services when applicable. I’m happy to connect and discuss options to see if we’re a good fit.
