As first-time parents, we were nervous and unsure about many aspects of caring for a newborn, but Queenie’s guidance and steady, reassuring presence made everything feel manageable from the very beginning. She provided hands-on support with newborn care, including soothing the baby, helping us understand feeding cues, and offering practical advice on daily routines and sleep.

During nighttime care, Queenie was calm, attentive, and highly responsive, which allowed us to get much-needed rest while knowing our baby was in capable hands. She always took the time to explain what she was doing and why, helping us build confidence as new parents.
