I offer full-spectrum birth and postpartum doula care rooted in a holistic, heart-centered approach. As a doula in training, my services are available at a discounted rate. I serve families across Middle Tennessee and am open to travel when needed. My care blends evidence-based support with gentle, traditional practices inspired by Indigenous home-care methods. In addition to emotional, physical, and energetic support, clients may access discounted prenatal and postpartum spa services through my day spa, with optional add-ons. I support all families with warmth, grounding energy, and deep respect. LGBTQ+ friendly and non-religious. My pricing reflects my intention to serve from the heart—caring for others, especially women and children, is something I feel deeply connected to. I strive to create a peaceful, supportive space where every family feels safe, seen, and cared for.
