Doula Services – Full Spectrum Support I offer full-spectrum birth and postpartum doula care with a holistic, heart-centered approach. As a doula in training, my services are offered at a discounted rate, and I proudly support families across Middle Tennessee, traveling up to 100 miles for clients. My care blends evidence-based support with gentle, traditional practices inspired by Guatemalan and other Indigenous home-care methods. Alongside emotional, physical, and energetic support, my clients also receive access to prenatal and postpartum spa services through my day spa (included in rates, with small add-on options). I serve all families with warmth, grounding energy, and deep care. LGBTQ+ friendly and non-religious. My fees include gas, food and any last minute groceries or product needed by client(s).
