I Believe in honoring your preferences whether they lean toward high-intervention, low-intervention, or anywhere in between. Every hospital is different with high leave traffic, staff and will push different levels of intervention and its is my job to best prepare a client for that.

Attends birth center births? All Birth Centers
A birth center is an excellent option for someone who prefers the comfort of quiet and a more à la carte labor with a midwife or OB and seems like what could be the perfect middle ground between hospital and home birth for certain laboring parents. Birthing centers usually give you all the options of an at home birth with the security of certain levels of medical care which a Doula or midwife might not have available to bring to a homebirth. I would be honored to Doula for anyone choosing a birthing center as their labor/ birth location

Attends home births? Any Home Birth
A home birth is the most intimate birth setting, with the right preparation and labor team it can be a beautiful experience. It is also important to have back up plans for transfers to hospitals for any potential risk that may happen during the birth. I would be honored to Doula for anyone choosing a birthing center as their labor/ birth location.

The value of my fee is $1,500 to ensure I can provide you with the highest level of service. To remain accessible, I offer a sliding scale ($1,000–$1,500) or the option to barter for services of equal or greater value. Francesca arrived during my early labor, at a moment when I didn’t yet realize how much I needed her, and her presence made all the difference. Even before our midwife arrived, her calm support, kindness, and reassurance helped me stay relaxed, grounded, and trusting in the natural, unmedicated birth I had chosen. Her comforting touch, soothing massages, counter pressure, and steady encouragement guided me through labor and helped me achieve a fully unmedicated birth.

Beyond her incredible support, we treasured Francesca’s personality and presence. When we didn’t have a birth photographer, she captured special moments we will cherish forever. After labor, she even picked up our breakfast so we could focus on bonding with our baby, a generous and thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflects how she anticipates needs and goes above and beyond in unexpected ways.

She has continued to check in on us and our baby, and we are so deeply grateful for her care. Francesca has become like family to us and will always be a meaningful part of our birth story. We highly recommend her and her services. She truly gets all the gold stars.
