Virtual Trauma-Informed Birth and Postpartum Planning & PPD (postpartum depression) Support: These services supports families in preparing for the birth and postpartum period with a focus on emotional safety, mental health awareness, and realistic planning. It is designed to reduce overwhelm and help families identify solutions and resources before challenges escalate. This program is especially supportive for clients with prior trauma, birth trauma, postpartum mood concerns, and limited support systems. Virtual birth doula and lactation support is included with these services.
