Helene Alvarez is truly one of the greatest gifts God has placed in my motherhood journey. From the very beginning of pregnancy through postpartum, she was all in with me—hands-on, attentive, and unwavering in her support. I have a two-year-old and a ten-month-old, and to this day she is still the first person I call or text when I feel unsure, overwhelmed, or simply need reassurance. That alone speaks volumes.

She is incredibly knowledgeable and informative, but what sets her apart is her heart. Helene doesn’t just bring education—she brings peace, prayer, and the presence of the Holy Spirit. She has always been someone I run to for prayer, guidance, and support, not only for myself but for my children as well. Going into birth, I knew she would fight for me when my brain was spiraling all things birth. She took the time beforehand to truly understand my desires, boundaries, and needs, I trusted her completely to advocate for me in one of the most vulnerable moments of my life.
