I host a monthly postpartum walking group called Lockhart Mom Walks in Lockhart, Texas, creating space for connection, movement, and community support. I also co-host a monthly postpartum meetup called Bump to Babe, partnering with another local doula to provide education, resources, and a welcoming space for new and expecting parents.

Fee Details

I offer birth doula support with package options ranging from foundational birth support to more comprehensive support that includes additional prenatal education and newborn/postpartum preparation. Birth support includes prenatal visits, continuous labor support, immediate postpartum support after birth, and a follow-up visit. Sliding scale spots are available in limited numbers. I offer overnight postpartum doula support and newborn care for families in the early weeks after birth. Overnight support may include newborn care, feeding support, practical guidance, and helping parents get more rest overnight. Sliding scale spots are available in limited numbers.
