Breathing through Birth is dedicated to providing expectant and new mothers with comprehensive prenatal and postnatal wellness care. I am a Certified Doula through the State of Ohio. My services include Birth and postpartum doula, HypnoBirthing® childbirth education, lactation counseling, core consulting, pregnancy fitness and postnatal care. I am committed to supporting mothers throughout their journey to motherhood and beyond. I am also a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher, Certified Lactation Counselor, HypnoBirthing Educator, trained through Fit for Birth as a Pregnancy Exercise Specialist and Diastasis Recti and Core Consultant. Note: Contracted as a Medicaid Provider through Anthem, Buckeye, CareSource, AmeriHeatlh, Humana, and traditional Medicaid, United Healthcare & Molina! If you have these insurances, there is no cost to you for Doula Care!
