My husband and I decided to hire a doula for the birth of our first child and we could not be any happier with that decision. We felt like having a doula would help relax our fears and be a great tool to have while navigating this new experience together. Kathy checked those boxes and so much more. We had our dream labor experience and we feel that having Kathy on our team was a big contributing factor to that. She was such a tremendous help to me and encouraged me to keep going when I was starting to doubt myself. My husband also felt involved in the labor thanks to Kathy’s guidance. Kathy truly has so much knowledge that was at our disposal not only in labor, but also during pregnancy and postpartum. Her kind, caring, understanding, and encouraging personality make her an amazing doula. We truly couldn’t have asked for more and will always cherish having her on our team for one of the biggest moments of our lives. Thank you Kathy!

Kathy was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. She was incredibly attentive and took the time to fully explain the steps to follow. 

Kathy went above and beyond collecting the placenta and getting the capsules and tinctures back to us.

My previous pregnancy I had postpartum depression and didn't use encapsulation. This postpartum was worlds different. My mood stayed bright and positive, which I believe is in part due to Kathy's work. I highly recommend her services.

From the very beginning, her support made me feel calm, confident, and cared for. Her classes were extremely helpful and gave me the knowledge and reassurance I needed throughout my pregnancy. She created a safe and supportive environment and always made me feel heard. I am beyond thankful for her guidance and compassion — she truly has a gift for what she does.

Kathy was awesome! She  was my daughter's doula. She held weekly, virtual trainings with her to help her prepare her body and mind for labor. She was very insightful, positive, and knowledgeable about so many things. 

The baby came earlier than we expected, and due to travel delays out of her control, she ended up having to support our daughter through labor over the phone. She was flexible and adaptable to the changing situation, still providing great advice and support. 

She was excellent after the baby was born, providing lots of encouragement to mama  as well as great advice to support  healing and rest, (careful not to put any pressure on her and make it clear that there are lots of good options). She also provided fantastic lactation support. 

She encapsuted the placenta for supplements. Which turned out great.

All in all, a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Kathy for her knowledge, positive attitude, and gentle yet assertive (when necessary) spirit.

Kathy was phenomenal to work with! My husband & I were able to take her Bradley Method class together prior to the birth of our firstborn; I'm so grateful for the knowledge she and her husband shared with us. Because of their guidance, my husband was able to help me while I was in labor prior to Kathy arriving. My birth didn't go exactly as I had hoped, but Kathy was right there by my side the entire time, encouraging & supporting me in exactly the way I needed. She is very professional in her demeanor & has the kindest heart. We also utilized her placenta encapsulation services, which she made very easy for us. I hope to have Kathy as my doula for future births! She truly is wonderful!
