Alex has been incredibly helpful to our family. Our baby arrived two weeks early, and we urgently needed support right after coming home from the hospital. Alex truly saved us. On the first night, our baby was very fussy and kept waking up, and Alex stayed with her, patiently calming and soothing her until she settled. On another night, when our baby was very gassy, Alex did gentle exercises and techniques that brought her so much relief. Her care, calm presence, and experience gave us peace of mind during such an overwhelming time. We wholeheartedly recommend Alex to any family looking for compassionate, skilled, and trustworthy newborn care.

Alex has been an incredible support to our family and our 3-month-old twins. From the moment she started with us, her warmth, professionalism, and gentle confidence put us completely at ease. She is so sweet and attentive with the babies—caring for them with such genuine love and skill. We always know our girls are in the best hands with her.

Beyond her amazing care, Alex has been an enormous help around the house with all the little baby-related tasks that make life so much easier during the postpartum period. She’s proactive, thoughtful, and always seems to anticipate what we need before we even ask. Her calm, positive energy makes her such a joy to have around, and we truly look forward to her visits.
