Without the help of my doula, Cynthia Garza, I don't think my birth plan would have gone as smooth as it did. Wanting an unmedicated birth as a first time mother left me not knowing what to expect. Cynthia took the time to make sure any questions I had would be answered and also explained how the birthing process worked. Cynthia did regular check ins to make sure I was healthy and if I had any additional questions after appointments with the OB doctor. My water spontaneously broke at 37+5 and Cynthia answered my phone call in the middle of the night. At the hospital, she used different methods to help distract from the pain and to remind me to breath through it. When it was time to push, Cynthia continued to encourage me that I could do it. Cynthia's guidance and calm demeanor helped our dream birth come true. I could not have done it without her. I will definitely will be using her for my future births and have recommended her to friends and family.

I had my first born without Cindy's help and the second with her doula expertise, and what a difference it was. Cindy was very kind and calm during the chaos. She was a great advocate for what I wanted my birth experience to be. When I transitioned to active labor, Cindy reminded me that I am strong and my body knows what it is doing. She guided me through the contractions and I was able to have my delivery unmedicated. I highly recommend Cindy to anyone who is have their first or fifth baby.

We cannot recommend my doula enough. From the very beginning of my pregnancy through the moment I gave birth, she walked me and my husband through every step with compassion, patience, and incredible knowledge. She took the time to explain what was happening in my body, what to expect at each stage, and how to prepare both physically and mentally for labor. Because of her guidance, I always felt informed, empowered, and confident in my choices. 

Her calming presence made an enormous difference. She consistently soothed my anxieties, reminded me of my strength, and helped me stay grounded during moments of uncertainty. When labor began, she provided steady support, reassurance, and practical techniques that helped everything flow smoothly. Thanks to her encouragement and hands-on care, I was able to have the natural birth I hoped for, and the experience felt peaceful, supported, and empowering rather than overwhelming.

She was not only a source of education and expertise, but also an emotional anchor during one of the most vulnerable and meaningful times of my life. Her dedication, warmth, and unwavering support made my pregnancy and birth experience truly special. I am deeply grateful for her care and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and empowering doula.

Cannot say enough about how comforting it is to have Cynthia as a doula. She was in the labor room with all four of my labors. She is a great liaison between patient and hospital staff. Great techniques to help breath through contractions. Her care for me, my significant other and baby was amazing. Highly recommend.
