I support to families through every stage of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My Birth Support package ($800) includes 2 prenatal visits, physical and emotional support during labor and delivery, support at home, hospital, or birthing center and immediate postpartum guidance with feeding support. In prenatal visits, we discuss comfort techniques, family preferences, and postpartum planning, along with partner advocacy. The postpartum follow-up visit is to help baby and family settle in nicely. Im available for postpartum care for day ($20/hour), overnight ($22/hour) or on-call support upon request. Hours are tailored to your needs, helping you rest, recover, and connect with your baby while managing feeding and family adjustments. For a seamless experience, the Full Rhythm Package ($1,100) combines the full Birth Support package with 20 hours of postpartum care, ongoing communication, and steady support from pregnancy through postpartum.
