I’m a faith-based, evidence-informed birth doula passionate about helping families approach birth with peace, confidence, and trust in God’s design. I offer five sessions—four prenatal and one postpartum—that blend biblical preparation with practical birth education. We’ll explore comfort measures, labor positions, breathing, and how your support person can best care for you. Each prenatal includes a Bible study to build mindset and faith, helping you release fear and lean on God’s strength. “For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.” — 2 Timothy 1:7 (NIV) Our culture often promotes fear around birth, but my goal is to help you feel equipped, supported, and spiritually grounded. I’m completing my certification and offering services at a discounted rate while attending two more births. I’m happy to work with families on pricing—let’s connect!
