We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Courtney. From the moment she stepped into our home, she became an indispensable anchor for our entire family.

She is absolute magic with babies. We were dealing with a milk allergy, severe reflux, colic, tongue tie and what felt like a million night wakings, and Courtney handled it all with complete ease. She could settle our baby when no one else could, and she was always generously sharing tips and techniques that helped us feel so much more confident.

Her proactive, deeply empathetic support went far beyond baby care, as she truly took care of all of us. During an unexpected medical emergency and recovery, Courtney stepped up in ways we will never forget and we could not have survived that time without her. 

Beyond being an exceptional professional, she is simply a joy to be around. She is so naturally easy to get along with, and having her in our home never felt intrusive. We became fast friends, genuinely looked forward to every shift, and truly miss having her around. She constantly anticipates household needs before you even think to ask, brings a grounding calm into chaotic moments, and gave us total peace of mind. Any family would be extraordinarily lucky to have Courtney in their corner.
