Clients per month: 1 to 2 births and 1 to 2 postpartum families

Postpartum limits/restrictions: WHAT I DON'T PROVIDE I do not perform any medical tasks (no wound care, blood pressure checks, or medical advice). I don’t provide childcare or babysitting beyond short support moments during visits. I don’t offer overnight care or live-in postpartum doula services. I don’t handle major housework, laundry, or errands beyond small supportive tasks. I don’t provide clinical lactation or mental health therapy (though I can connect you to trusted specialists for those needs).

Attends hospital births? All Hospitals
Yes. I frequently support hospital births and work comfortably within medical settings. I help you navigate options, stay centered through interventions if they arise, and bring techniques like acupressure, movement, and breathwork to reduce stress and support progress. My goal is to help you feel empowered and supported no matter how your birth unfolds.

Attends birth center births? All Birth Centers
Yes. Birth centers offer a beautiful balance of safety and comfort, and I work collaboratively with your midwives to maintain that peaceful, home-like rhythm. I assist with positioning, hands-on comfort, and emotional grounding throughout labor and immediate postpartum recovery.

Attends home births? Any Home Birth
Yes. I love supporting families planning home births. My role is to provide emotional, physical, and informational support alongside your midwife team. I help create a calm, grounded environment, offer comfort measures, and work closely with your birth team so you can focus on the experience unfolding naturally.

My roots in birth work began in 2019, when I volunteered for six months as a Hypnobirthing assistant, supporting parents through classes and guided relaxation. That experience taught me the power of breath, language, and environment in shaping how a person experiences birth. It showed me that calm isn’t something we’re given—it’s something we can cultivate. That foundation deeply informs how I now practice as a doula and acupuncturist—centering safety, nervous system regulation, and the mind-body connection throughout pregnancy and labor.

Fee Details

1. Birth Foundations Package – $1,650 Includes two prenatal sessions (with your partner), a personalized birth plan, and optional guided meditations. I’m on-call 24/7 from 38 weeks for continuous labor support with non-medical comfort techniques (acupressure, ear seeds, heat/cool therapy, moxa or cupping if approved). Includes two postpartum visits (60–90 minutes each). 2. Comfort & Birth Package – $2,000 Everything in the Birth Foundations package, plus: • Two prenatal acupuncture sessions (in-home or at my clinic) • Two postpartum acupuncture sessions for recovery and balance 3. Nourish Birth Package – $5,300 Everything in the Birth Foundations package, plus: • Four acupuncture sessions total (two prenatal, two postpartum) • 40-Day Traditional Chinese Medicine meal plan with deliveries every 3 days — 3 nourishing meals, 1 dessert, and 1 herbal tea daily to support deep recovery
