Alyssa is not only an incredible doula, but also one of the most genuine people I have had the pleasure of knowing. With her vast knowledge of pregnancy and childbirth, she helped me to truly figure out what I wanted and needed. Without her I can't imagine having the incredible birth experience I had! 
Alyssa's postpartum care is what really sets her apart. She guided me through breastfeeding challenges, fed me nutritious food, and helped around the house to make sure I could rest and focus on my transition to motherhood. It was such an incredible gift to be able to soak in those first days with such peace and support. 
I am forever grateful for her, and can't recommend her enough!

Alyssa was such an amazing doula! I was fortunate to have her twice, and had she not moved away I would've hired her a third time. She is everything and more in what you'd want from your doula. She's experienced, knowledgeable, humble, communicative, STRONG, and she's got quite the endurance! And let me just say... her strength and endurance was really what I needed when I labored and boy did she deliver. I really wish I could better express what an amazing person Alyssa is. I really felt comfortable around her and felt like I was in good hands. I HIGHLY recommend her!

Alyssa was the best doula for our family. Not only did she take the time to listen and HEAR about my prior traumatic birth story, she also gently but knowledgably handled me in my most vulnerable state. She kept my specific needs in mind and REMEMBERED everything I had requested. She safely guided me through a VBAC, and I will forever be grateful to her. I was the last of a string of births that happened in one weekend (hello full moon!) and she made me feel like I was the only patient she had that weekend. She also listened and supported my husband (which was so important to us). She took the time to get to know us, created a relationship with us and that trust was evident during my son's birth. She will always hold a special place in my family. Alyssa is our birthing angel.

I can't recommend Alyssa enough! She's been by my side for all three of my daughter's births, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I took birthing classes with her which helped me to better prepare for my labor and delivery. Alyssa gave me hands on support before, during, and after each delivery. She was there to answer questions and help guide me to have the births I desired. She is so calming and knowledgeable, even my hospital knew and respected her. She was not only amazing for me, but also a huge support for my husband helping him feel involved throughout labor and delivery. After our first daughter was born, he turned to me and said, “That was the best money we ever spent.” I couldn’t agree more. Alyssa is truly integral to our family’s birth stories, and I’m forever grateful for her care and dedication!

Alyssa was such a vital part of my VBAC experience. She took the pressure off my husband and gave me her undivided attention. She was passionate, kind, and an advocate for me. She stuck by my side for a long labor and gave me the empowerment I needed to endure the labor with joy! She kept me moving but also knew when to help me rest. I am forever grateful for her presence at the birth of my youngest. She was just the person I needed in my corner to help me achieve a redemptive birth!

Because of Alyssa, I’d recommend every pregnant woman to have a doula. A representative to advocate for them, while they’re in labor and during delivery. Alyssa was present during labor and delivery of both our children. She was the calm in the storm, walked in when my contractions began and I was absolutely terrified. But she touched my knee, told me to breathe. She did a bell curve with her fingers in the air showing me the pain would begin, peak and subside and I knew instantly that I was safe and understood. She is highly intuitive and empathetic, calm and nurturing, just the person one needs by her side during child birth.

I met Alyssa during my pregnancy at a yoga studio where she was practicing yoga and specializing in prenatal yoga. Those days were so beautiful with Alyssa. Our relationship grew and we hired her to be our doula! She was with us every step of the way and always available to talk to and learn from. She was the biggest supporter  during my pregnancy. She was at my husbands side during my birth walking him through every step of the way with our midwife. We couldn't have done our birth of our daughter without Alyssa. She was my rock before during and after. Alyssa is a gift from god and so passionate about her mamas. The health of mama and  baby are her top concern and love. Hire Alyssa. You will be supported, loved, and enlightened. She's truly amazing!

Alyssa was present for two of my three births, including my very first, and I truly can’t imagine those experiences without her. She was patient, kind, and such an incredible asset throughout the entire process. Alyssa knew exactly what to look for when watching the monitors and helped explain what was happening and what to expect next, which brought me so much comfort and confidence.

She was completely supportive of my birth plan and open to all options. I originally intended to go without an epidural, but after many hours of labor, I decided to change course. Alyssa was understanding and encouraging through every decision and helped me feel at peace with what was right for me in the moment.

Alyssa is a warm, caring, and deeply knowledgeable doula. Having her by my side made all the difference, and I’m so grateful for the calm and reassurance she brought to each birth experience.

Alyssa came highly recommended by several friends, and that was all I needed to know. My husband, on the other hand, thought it was a little silly to hire a doula when we’d already have nurses and doctors. Let’s just say… he’s now her biggest fan!

From the start, Alyssa was a steady presence and the advocate I didn’t know I needed. She helped me feel confident and supported through every phase of labor — and just as importantly, she helped my husband feel calm and capable as a first-time dad. There were moments when I was making birthing noises neither of us even knew existed inside me (haha), and he felt completely helpless watching me go through it. Alyssa knew exactly how to reassure him, guide him, and help him be part of the process instead of feeling like a bystander.

After three hours of pushing, I was told I’d need a C-section. They said only one person could come into the OR, but Alyssa worked her magic and made it possible for both her and my husband to be there. He had been so worried about me being alone — and honestly, I can’t imagine going through that moment without both of them by my side.

Alyssa was also amazing throughout pregnancy — always available for questions, never pushy about her own beliefs, and constantly advocating for my preferences. She brought so much peace, strength, and reassurance to what could have been a scary experience. I can’t recommend her enough!

Alyssa was the best doula my baby was born at the beginning of the Pandemic my parents flights got cancelled and the work was closing. She was probably the last doula to be able to come to the hospital that weekend and I'm so happy she was there. She is knowledgeable she will advocate for you. She brings peace to the room when you need it. She will support you and your partner through all of the birthing process. She is knowledgeable and will explain everything to give you the options you need. I am happy she  is part of our birth story and wouldn't have it any other way. The best investment for me and my family.

I am so grateful for Alyssa and how she helped bring my 2 bundles of joy into this world! As someone who was very scared of giving birth and anything medical, she helped me feel more prepared and calm through pregnancy, labor and delivery. She answered all of my questions and always made me feel heard and understood. In addition, she gave me so much love and attention through the entire experience that my husband was truly able to enjoy bringing our baby girl and baby boy earth side while Alyssa took such great care of me. I have such fond memories of this time in my life and it's all because of Alyssa and how incredible of a doula she is! Whenever my friends ask me for advice during their pregnancy I always say "my one piece of advice is to get yourself an Alyssa. The most unbelievable doula you could ever ask for!"

It is not often in life when you feel you cant control situations but child birth is one of those things that is so unpredictable. Not in a bad way, but just so many unknowns, so many firsts. When you are expecting for the first time you have no idea what to expect. I am such a planner and knew I could only plan so much for this unpredictable event in my life. Having Alyssa help navigate us through all that we could potentially expect reassured my husband and I. We felt empowered by the knowledge we gained from Alyssa. She was there every step of the way and was super responsive to any questions and concerns we had. She is patient, compassionate, and most importantly kind. She taught me that I had the strength and ability to envision the birth I wanted. That I could control this unpredictable situation to an extent and that she would be by our side when the time came for baby to enter this world. By far, this was an invaluable service through which I gained the confidence to overcome my fears of birth, recognize that I was born to handle this, position my mindset appropriately and go through child birth resulting in the outcome I so wholeheartedly wanted... Healthy baby with no drugs, no epidural, no c-section... just my innate power to birth a child in the most natural way. For this my husband and I recommend Alyssa and we are proud to share our positive story so other first time parents can experience what we did. We also called upon Alyssa for the birth of our second child. My pregnancy was completely different and because the second time around I was considered to be advanced maternal age doctors were trying to pressure me to have my baby early. Thankfully Alyssa was by our side to help us be empowered and make the best decisions for us. The experience was just as helpful a second time around.

PS- do pre-natal yoga! It helped tremendously.

Alyssa was our doula when my daughter was born in 2020. We will forever be grateful for her role in the experience of bringing our baby girl into the world. Alyssa has an unmatched calming & nurturing presence. She has so much experience working with Mamas, families and medical staff. She was so professional and supportive. She supported what we wanted out of the birth experience and brought a wealth of knowledge that we simply didn't have, no matter how many books we read or classes we took. Alyssa was as helpful and reassuring for my partner on the day of our daughter's birth as she was to me. She helped me to feel strong and empowered as I entered Motherhood. I wish everyone could have someone so amazing on their team as we did that day!

Alyssa was a part of my dream team for all 3 births of my boys. My husband and I knew we wanted a small intimate birth in a hospital with only our doula, Dr/midwife and the nurses on shift. Each birth, Alyssa supported my husband by telling him how to help me so I was able to stay focused on my labor. I truly feel because of Alyssa and my other dream team members I was able to have 3 beautiful, unmedicated births and recover with no complications. I'm forever grateful for Alyssa's love and support during my birth process as well as support after each birth! She is amazing and you will be so glad to have her by your side during such a vulnerable time.
