The aren't enough words to describe how amazing Theresa is. She was my doula when I was pregnant with my first and currently only child. She was and still is attentive to me. My mother described the type of energy Theresa brings best "As soon as Theresa got to the hospital you can send the calmness that came over my daughter during labor." Theresa supported my every decision and was an extra advocate for me in the room while also educating my family in all the ways she supports birth givers before, during and after pregnancy. As a result of having Theresa on my team I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy that turned 2 this year. When I get ready to have my next child Theresa will be right in that room with me. My husband and I are forever thankful for the support, patience and education we received from Theresa.

Working Theresa an IBCLC and as a doula has been the best decision I could have ever made. I worked with her when my first son was 3 months old to help with some breastfeeding issue and some guidance as I entered into motherhood. She guided me through the initial lactation process and helped me understand some of the issues of was having. For my second son I knew I wanted her as my doula. Although I was more knowledgeable I still found that her expertise was undoubtedly needed, the knowledge and compassion she possesses is truly unmatched. During my pregnancy she supported me and made me feel confident in my strengths as a woman and mother. During the birthing process she provided techniques and knowledge that made it easier and calmer. Although I did experience strong birthing waves I was able to manage without any medication as per my request. One of the best doulas you could have on your team as you journey through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
