My wife and I are grateful for Samone. She came in like an Auntie and left like a sister. From the beginning Samone was generous with her time and knowledge both during and after visits. Her hands on approach and gentle urging of us to reflect and plan or engage in post visit activities complimented the helpful sharing of information via text, including recipes(!) made us feel truly supported. I personally don't know how I would've managed the birthing process alone. She was by our side for roughly 60 grueling hours at the hospital. It was an mental and physical endurance test. Not once did I lack of anything including food or a needed distraction. What's more we still have time with her available to us post birth that we look forward to, once we get our heads on straight. Even during this time she's let us know she's ready, willing, and able to continue supporting us.

The biggest impact Samone has made in my birthing experience was being a blessing in a time of need. 

My support was limited. I only had one family member present and Samone happened to show up and was there for me the entire time. Her presence was warm and welcoming and she helped me by demonstrating important birthing exercises for me to try. Her ongoing check ins during the entire birth experience was reassuring and I felt so much love in support. My birth wasn't an easy one and I'm so happy that I didn't have to experience it alone.

Samone was wonderful! I wanted a doula with my 1st born for the exact reason of what I experienced with my 2nd. She gave me tips & calmness up to giving birth. I'm heavy on the word advocate because she provided just that. Would highly recommend Samone for family & friends.

I met Samone late in my pregnancy, and she made me feel supported right away. She sent resources, checked in frequently, and answered my questions and helped me understand my options, so I felt empowered. During my long labor, she stayed by my side, even on her birthday! With her there, I felt safe, calm, and cared for. Her dedication and presence made all the difference in my birth experience. I’m so thankful for her support!??
