Clao was our postpartum doula for our son, Adam. She immediately demonstrated a deep, practical knowledge of newborn care and infant development. She radiated a calm and energetic warmth, which was helpful for baby and parents alike. She was dependable, proactive, and organized. Communication with her was seamless - we were all partners in our infant’s care, with Clao respecting our choices as parents. Clao was an exceptional postpartum doula and caregiver for our newborn. She cared for him full-time and provided dependable, loving support while I returned to work.
