Doula Training

Type of practice: Solo practice

Clients per month: 1 to 4 births and 1 to 4 postpartum families

Postpartum limits/restrictions: Light meal preparation is limited to providing light meals for the Client only, and not their extended support team or family. Please note that I do NOT cook or bake under this service. Postpartum shifts are booked in four-hour slots. Overnight Care – please know that I limit myself to ONE overnight shift a week (10:00pm–6:00am MDT on Fridays ($55 CAD/hour)), so if you wish to use this option, I advise pre-booking.

Attends home births? Any Home Birth
Please know that I do not provide support for intentional unassisted births.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Royal University; in this degree, I achieved a minor in Women's and Gender Studies (WGST), which gives me a deeper insight into how I can help you advocate for yourself.

Fee Details

If birth support is out of budget, I am open to a sliding-scale alternative, pending a conversation. My birth and postpartum package is $2040 (excluding GST), and it includes both birth and postpartum support. Sixteen hours of postpartum work are included at a discounted rate.
