Clients per month: 1 to 2 births and 1 to 4 postpartum families

Postpartum limits/restrictions: I am currently training as a Lactation Counselor and would love to support you on your feeding journey while I am learning.

Attends hospital births? All Hospitals
Yes! I am most familiar with Methodist and the Mother Baby Centers but more than happy to support any hospital birth. I have supported both vaginal and cesarean births in hospitals both with and without epidurals, including both inductions and spontaneous labor.

Attends birth center births? All Birth Centers
Yes! I am most familiar with the Twin Cities Birth Center but more than happy to support you at any birth center.

Attends home births? Any Home Birth

Relevant volunteer or advocacy work

I volunteer as a birth doula at a local hospital and also spent four years volunteering as a patient advocate in a reproductive health clinic and have supported pregnant, birthing, and postpartum people for over six years. I have also worked with babies and toddlers for many years and love supporting siblings through family transitions, both in unpaid community support roles and professionally.
