Type of practice: Solo practice

Postpartum limits/restrictions: Although I am a licensed registered nurse, as a postpartum doula, my scope of practice focuses on newborn care, family education, and maternal support. I do not provide medical care, diagnose, or prescribe treatment, but I can refer families to healthcare providers when needed. My household support is limited to light tidying and baby-related tasks, rather than heavy housework. I also respect professional boundaries and will always collaborate with your healthcare team if concerns arise.

As a licensed Registered Nurse in both Florida and New York, with more than a decade of experience in nonprofit education and youth development, I’ve served in leadership roles that emphasized advocacy, family support, and health equity. That background fuels my current work in maternal health, where I advocate for postpartum families, particularly women of color, through education, resource connection, and compassionate newborn care. Through my practice, Anointed Cradle Co., I integrate advocacy by uplifting maternal health awareness in my community and providing faith-based, holistic support that empowers families to thrive.

Fee Details

$35-$40 per hour based on time and needs of the family.
