With a background in mental health and a wide range of experience including nannying, coaching, tutoring, and many summers as a camp counselor, I offer a calm, steady hand and a warm, encouraging spirit throughout your birth journey. Whether you need someone to help you discuss your options, advocate for your needs, or simply stay grounded with you in the moment, I’m here to encourage, empower, and ensure you feel informed, heard, and supported at every stage. I welcome and celebrate the full range of identities and experiences folks bring into pregnancy and birth. I have a particularly special place in my heart for fellow members of the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities.
