El mes pasado, en septiembre 12 fue el día de mi parto. Llegué llena de miedo y dudas al hospital ya que me diagnosticaron con preeclampsia y tenían que inducirme el parto para evitar complicaciones. Llamé a mi doula Deyanira e inmediatamente llegó al hospital para darme apoyo y estar pendiente de mi bebé y de mí. Su atención fue excelente ya que fue muy amable y estuvo atenta en todo momento. Otra cosa muy importante fue el idioma ya que ella me ayudaba con lo que yo no entendía para tomar decisiones.
Además estuvimos practicando mucho los ejercicios de respiración que fueron de gran ayuda durante el parto. También estuvo apoyando con masajes en la espalda baja durante las contracciones que hacían que fueran menos intensas. 
Ella estuvo en todo momento a mi lado y altamente recomiendo sus servicios como Doula.

We love Deyanira! She has been amazing and truly God sent! We don't have family local to us but she has become an honorary sister and auntie lol I'm 100% sure my labor was better than expected because she was there. Our tools and experience (this was our second baby) could only get us so far. She was ready with suggestions and positions to help me push past my own limitations. After this labor I felt empowered, confident, encouraged and a little bit shocked at the fact at this time around my body was able to endure labor. I felt like a super hero. A tired one lol but superhero none the less ??. During labor She was cool, calm and collected. She does all things with care, love, sincerity and peace. I cannot recommend her enough. She also has served post partum for us and what a blessing she has been. I was exhausted the first morning she came and she jumped right on it. She was kind and gracious to my toddler who also wanted some attention, and she was supportive with our newborn while also taking care of me. She took care of some much needed laundry, she fed me, changed our newborn, played with our toddler and did all that so that I could eat and take a much needed nap. I shared my needs with her prior to delivery and she has remembered all. I can keep going on and on, she's amazing!!!! If we go for a third I really want her with us!

Best Doula ever!! 
Dee is absolutely amazing! She was attentive, caring, present and supportive! I loved having her by my side during labor, she was everything I wanted in a doula and more. She helped keep me calm and comfortable! Highly recommend!!! She brought items I didn't know I needed until I used them. At one point the nurses were lacking and she took the initiative and jumped into action to help birth my baby!! I am sooo blessed to have had her with me! ????????????
