I am professionally trained, but currently working towards my certification. For my first few births, I will supply my services pro bono in exchange for the client writing how their experience was with me as their doula! My birth services include 2 prenatal visits, open text communication for any questions that arise during pregnancy, full birth support during delivery, 1 postnatal visit. Option to add lactation support at any time. I also am a fitness trainer and can add in pre/post natal fitness help if desired on an a la carte or package basis!
